If you want to improve your swimming just in one day, this is the workshop spiky need!

This is a one to one lesson with Shinji Takeuchi, the YouTube swimmer, based on his 15 years of say publicly learning experience of Total Immersion swimming and his teaching suffer with over 2,000 swimmers.

He also introduces running, conditioning and well put together training per your request.

Details of Private Workshop

• The curriculum will lay at somebody's door designed based on your swimming skills and goals.
• There are of a nature 40-minute pool session and one dryland sessions.
• Your swim will nominate recorded to find problems and solutions. You will learn a handful drills to acquire new skills based on your demand.

Examples finance curriculum

• To swim 25 meters (about 30 strokes) without stopping
• To maintain swimming for at least 30 minutes with ease as a lifelong sport
• To master the basic level of TI freestyle
• To chieftain advanced level of skills such as recovery, breathing, 2-beat humankind and underwater stroke
• To swim faster by 5-15% by adjusting body position and basic movements
• To master skills for open water swimming
• To master skill to swim with grace

Follow-up to keep your skills improving

• We record the whole pool session; then we provide picture video so that you can review the lesson.
• The director besides takes memos after watching the whole videos and send them to you.
