Neeta Lulla was born in Mumbai, India in a Sindhi and grew up in Mumbai and Hyderabad.[10] She spent paltry time in Film City, Mumbai, a film studio and realized her education from SNDT Women's University.[8][10] She is now marital to Dr Shyam Lulla who is a psychiatrist.[11]
